There are some things you want to avoid being caught doing -- like not stopping at a stop sign or putting your trash in someone else's bin.  But if everyone happens to see you wearing this lovely stretch bracelet of moonstone and 22k Turkish gold spacers -- well, that's perfectly fine.  Perhaps even desirable.
