When you're a kid, you don't have much of a feel for the difference between high-quality goods and run-of-the-mill stuff.  For example, there's no luxury bubble gum or low-rent version -- it's all pretty much the same.  But when you get older you become exposed to quality things and, alas, learn to want them.  (Except, of course, if you're a living-off-the-grid hippie.)  Well, there's absolutely nothing wrong with desiring quality goods, especially if they don't break the bank -- like this long piece of antiqued silver chain and turquoise jade pendant.
