The commute was killing her.  An hour and a half in bumper-to-bumper freeway traffic each way.  Much as she liked her new job, the drive left her too pooped to party when she got home.  So when her co-worker, Jokin’ Jack Addison, asked her if she wanted to join the crowd heading to their favorite watering hole -- Bob’s Mystical Gardens -- to wait out rush hour, she jumped at the chance.  Not only did she look forward to a faster ride home, but Jack was easy on the eyes, too, and a chilled glass of sauvignon blanc wouldn’t hurt.  Good thing she’d worn this double-stranded beauty of faceted teal quartz and a tribal pendant -- just the thing to help her get the attention of her new team members...and keep it.
