With women still earning less than men in the same job, is it any wonder we gals are clawing to rise to the top so we can gawk unabashedly at guys' behinds, force them to pick up our dry cleaning on their lunch hour, and bully them to tears for some minor infraction?  I'm kidding -- we would never do that.  What we would do is dazzle those around us with our smarts, savvy, and dynamite bling -- like this power-wielding diva of purple jade rounds, hematite discs, and antiqued silver accents. Now, back to work!
